WHERE DOES MY TICKET GET ME?

One ticket gives you access to all 16 courts. When you purchase a ticket, that ticket grants you an assigned seat within Center Court for the matches during that session. That same ticket allows you to enter any of the other 7 match courts and the rest of the entire grounds including the practice courts.

Outside of Center Court each of the side courts is on first come first served seating where you can sit close to the action, sometimes in the first row if you get lucky. Once all the center court seats have been sold, grounds passes will be available that grant the fan access to all outer courts, but not center court.

HOW'S THE DINING AND ENTERTAINMENT LIKE AT THE EVENT?

The food court is a "Taste of Cincinnati" with some of the best restaurants from the area's lively food scene with more than 30 bands set to play all week on the main stage.

WHAT IS A SESSION OF TENNIS?

A session is either a day or evening session which has a number of matches that are scheduled to be played. The schedule of play or order of play is released the night before. Every day, except for Saturday 8/10 and Sunday 8/18 will have both a day and evening session. Day session matches begin at 11a.m. with the evening sessions starting at 7pm. You can enter the tournament grounds 2 hours before the start of the first match of the session. If you have a day session and decide you'd like to stay for the evening session, you must purchase an evening session ticket as they check tickets when entering night session match courts.

WHERE ARE THE BEST SEATS TO SIT IN THE SHADE?

There are a limited number of seats in the terrace section that are under a shaded canopy. The Pavilion section offers seats with seat backs and it is covered by a giant roof. The Overlook Boxes and Broadcast Boxes are both shaded with a behind the server view.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN A SPECIFIC PLAYER IS PLAYING?

Once the draw is made, the daily schedule is determined each night prior and is released in the late afternoon or evening for the following day.
