Q. What is the Rolex Paris Masters?

The Rolex Paris Masters is the ninth and final ATP World Tour Masters 1000 event of the season. As the final tournament of the regular men’s tennis season, the Palais Omnisports in Bercy showcases the cream of the crop as players vie to win the prestigious title and clinch the remaining qualifying spots in the season-ending Nitto ATP Finals.

Q. When will my tickets be delivered?

Tickets are generally delivered one week before your first day of attendance. Actual delivery times vary from event to event depending on many factors including when tickets are physically allocated by the tournament.

Q. What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets. 

Q. Will the tickets I order be together?

Yes. All ticket order of two tickets will be together. For orders of 3 or more tickets we do our best to get all the tickets together, but it’s not guaranteed. We will make sure to have at least all the tickets as pairs.

Q. When tickets are listed as a “General” ticket for a particular level, what does that mean?

When a ticket is listed as a “General” ticket, such as “CAT 1 - General” this simply means that your tickets are guaranteed to be located in a section within the CAT 1 level. Even though it’s listed as “General”, all tickets are reserved. You will only know the actual seats (section, row, and seat number) once the tickets are delivered.

Q. When do the gates open?

The gates open each day between 30 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes before the first match: do not hesitate to arrive earlier to avoid queuing!

Q. What is the policy regarding children?

Entrance is free for childen under 4 years old. They will have to share the seat of the accompanying person

Q. What access do you have with your center court ticket?

If you have a ticket for the Day Session only, a wristband for the Day Session ("Matinée") will be given to you when your ticket is scanned. This wristband will allow you to access the center court and courts No.1 and 2 throughout the Day Session.

If you have a ticket for the Evening Session or for the Full Day, a wristband for the Full Day ("Journée") will be given to you when your ticket is scanned. This wristband will allow you to access the courts throughout the Evening Session.  

Q. What is the schedule of the tournament?

On the first five days of the tournament, the schedule is divided into two sessions:
- day and evening sessions
Day Session: A ticket to attend matches from the beginning of the day until 7 p.m.
Evening Session: A ticket to attend matches starting from 7.30 p.m.

Q. Are there two sessions for every date?

No. Saturday's semi-finals and Sunday's finals are scheduled in one session.

Based on how the matches play out and to ensure that there is a fair balance between the sessions, the FFT reserves itself the right on any given day to take one or more matches off the "day" session schedule and hold it during the "evening" session. If this is the case and as far as that day's play is concerned, the "day" session will be deemed to have officially finished at the end of the match immediately preceding the one(s) taken off the schedule. Should this occur, it will in no way entitle ticket-holders to an exchange or refund, or to any other compensation or indemnity.
